Y100 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
Please read this document carefully before using y100's services. By registering or using this platform, you agree to be bound by all the terms stated below.

Acceptance of Terms and User Eligibility
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the y100 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any provision herein, please discontinue use of this platform immediately.
Use of the y100 platform is restricted to individuals who:
- Aged 18 or above, or meeting the minimum age requirement set by applicable local laws;
- Not prohibited by any applicable laws or regulations from participating in online betting or gambling activities;
- Registering on your own behalf and not representing any other party without authorisation;
- Using the platform with intent to commit fraud, money laundering, or any other unlawful activity.
Y100 reserves the right to reject any registration application or terminate any user account found to be in violation of these eligibility requirements, without prior notice.

Account Creation, Security, and User Responsibilities
Registration and Account Information
Each user is permitted to register only one account on the y100 platform. All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. y100 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm the accuracy of the information provided.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that the full name, phone number, and payment details registered to your account belong to you. Providing false information or using another person's identity may result in your account being suspended or permanently closed without a refund of any remaining balance.
Password and Account Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activities that occur under your account. Please choose a strong password and do not share it with anyone. y100 will never ask for your password via email or any channel outside the official platform.
If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact the y100 support team immediately at [email protected]. We will not be held responsible for any losses resulting from unauthorised use of your account by a third party.
Platform Usage Rules and Prohibited Activities
Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following activities while using the y100 platform:
- Using automation software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform without written authorisation;
- Attempting to bypass, hack, or interfere with the platform's security systems;
- Distributing malware, viruses, or any destructive code through the platform;
- Sharing, selling, or transferring your account to another party.
- Engaging in any form of fraud, collusion, or manipulation in games or betting;
- Depositing funds derived from illegal activities or engaging in money laundering;
- Using the platform for commercial or business purposes without prior written consent from y100;
- Accessing the service from regions where it is prohibited under local law.
Violation of any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension or closure, forfeiture of any existing balance and winnings, and/or appropriate legal action.
Payment Information, Deposits, and Withdrawals in MYR
All financial transactions on the y100 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that all registered payment methods are in their own name. y100 does not accept deposits or withdrawals using third-party accounts.
Successful deposits will be credited to your gaming account within the timeframe applicable to your chosen payment method, including online banking (FPX), GrabPay, and Touch 'n Go. Any delays caused by third-party payment processors are beyond y100's control.
Withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with the platform's current policy, subject to successful identity verification. y100 reserves the right to delay or reject any withdrawal request where fraud or a breach of terms is suspected, pending the outcome of an investigation. Minimum withdrawal amounts and daily limits may vary depending on the chosen method and the user's VIP tier.
Y100 is not responsible for any fees or charges levied by banks or third-party payment processors during the deposit or withdrawal process.

Intellectual Property
All content on the y100 platform, including logos, text, graphics, user interfaces, and software, is the property of y100 or its respective licensors. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any of this content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

Account Closure, Changes to Terms, and Governing Law
Account Suspension and Closure Policy
Y100 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion that the user has violated any provision of these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, or carried out actions that may compromise the integrity of the platform.
Users who wish to close their own account may do so by contacting the y100 support team via email at [email protected]. Any remaining balance in the account will be processed in accordance with the current withdrawal policy, subject to completed identity verification.
Changes to These Terms
Y100 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will take effect as soon as they are published on this website. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through mutually agreed channels or, where necessary, through a court of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia.
